Orders & Payment

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.

 Yes, you will be charged right away since we don’t store payment information for security purposes.

We accept:
• Online Banking & Credit/Debit Card via ipay88
• eWallets (GrabPay, Touch'n Go, Boost, ShopeePay) via ipay88
• Buy Now Pay Later (Atome, Grab PayLater)

Shipping

We ship within whole Malaysia. If you do not see your location during checkout, please reach out to us at support@vizon.com.my.

All orders will be shipped in 3-10 working days depending on delivery areas. You may refer to our shipping page here.

When your order ships, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes, this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to check in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

All VIZON goods are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia.

Return / Exchange

Orders are returnable within 14 days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, faulty or defective . You may contact us through support@vizon.com.my to proceed with the return and we shall replace you with a same new product once your return is valid. You may refer here for more details

Unfortunately, any return due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

If your return meets the requirements below and you wish to proceed with the return, you may contact support@vizon.com.my.

• Return requirements:
i. The item is incorrect, faulty or defective.
ii. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days upon receipt. (As proved by the courier receipt)
iii. You have proof of purchase (Order invoice number and receipt)
iv. Item must be in its new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals and free gifts. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any matter.
v. Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the product from damage during return delivery

We believe that in order to have the best shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping for faulty or defective products on date of arrival. We will verify and assess the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you.
