- Make sure the device is plugged in.
- Make sure the time is set.
Device turned off automatically
- The device will be switched off automatically after running for 15 minutes. Device should be colled down after running for 15 minutes.

Device turns on but the beaters do not turn
If you hear motor sounds but the beater does not turn, please contact us.
Speed control does not change speeds
If different speeds are pressed on the speed control but the beater only runs at 1 speed, please contact us.
