Other Issue
When to change HEPA filter?
- HEPA filter should be changed every 3 months or earlier depending on usage.Â
- HEPA filter is washable, however after some time, the filter will worn out as well.
- You may try the below steps to confirm whether your vacuum stop working because the filter has worn out.
- Remove the filter.
- Install the dustbin (without filter) back to the main body.
- Turn on the vacuum. (Make sure the dustbin is clean and DO NOT vacuum anything at this step, as the dust will be trapped inside the motor. This step is to test whether the vacuum works fine without the filter)
- If the vacuum works fine without the filter, the problem is caused by the filter and the filter should be replaced.Â
- If the vacuum still does not works without the filter, it may be caused by other factors. Please contact us and we will assist you.
